BIHARI FISH CURRY
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 25-Half-hour
Serve 2-4

Elements
For Paste
1 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds, पीली सरसों
1 tsp Black mustard seeds, सरसों के बीज
½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
½ tbsp Coriander seeds, धनिये के बीज
½ tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा
7-8 Garlic cloves, लहसुन
2-3 Inexperienced chillies (Much less spicy & damaged into half) हरी मिर्च
Salt to style, नमक स्वादअनुसार
6-7 Black peppercorns, काली मिर्च के दाने
1 tbsp Mustard oil, सरसों का तेल
2-3 tbsp Water, पानी

For Marination
6-7 Rohu Fish/ River Fish, minimize in darne, रोहू मछली
Salt to style, नमक स्वादअनुसार
¼ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
¼ tsp Degi pink chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
½ tsp Mustard oil, सरसों का तेल

For Frying
Mustard oil (For shallow fry) सरसों का तेल
Marinated Fish, मैरिनेटेड मछली

For Fish Curry
2-3 tbsp Fried Mustard Oil, बचा हुआ सरसों का तेल
¼ tsp Mustard seeds, सरसों के बीज
1 ½ medium Tomato, minimize into cubes, टमाटर
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
2 tbsp heaped Ready Paste, तैयार किया हुआ पेस्ट
1 tsp Degi pink chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
1 ½ cup Water, पानी
Salt to style, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 Inexperienced chilies, slit into half, हरी मिर्च
½ tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता

½ medium Tomato, cubed, टमाटर
Fried Fish, तली हुई मछली

For Garnish
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता

Course of
For Paste
In a bowl, add yellow mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, turmeric powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, inexperienced chillies, salt to style, black peppercorns, mustard oil and water.
Switch it to a grinder jar and make a clean paste.
Maintain it apart for additional use.

For Marination
In a bowl, add fish, salt to style, turmeric powder, degi pink chili powder, mustard oil and blend it properly.
Maintain it apart for additional use.

For Frying
In a kadai, add mustard oil, as soon as it is sizzling, add marinated fish and fry for 3-4 minutes or till 70% cooked.
Switch it to a tray and hold it apart for additional use.

For Fish Curry
In the identical kadai, add fried fish oil, as soon as it is sizzling, add black mustard seeds and let it splutter properly.
Add tomatoes, coriander leaves and saute for a minute.
Add ready paste and prepare dinner it for some time.
Add degi pink chili powder, turmeric and blend properly. Add water, salt to style, inexperienced chillies and let it simmer for some time.
Add coriander leaves, tomatoes, fried fish and prepare dinner for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
Switch it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
Serve sizzling with rice.
