ALOO DO PYAZA
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Serve 2

Elements
For Gravy
1 ½ tbsp Oil, तेल
½ tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा
1 Black cardamom, बड़ी इलायची
2-3 Cloves, लौंग
3 no. Inexperienced cardamom, हरी इलायची
3 medium Onion, reduce into cube, प्याज
1 ½ tsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 tsp Degi pink chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर
½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
1 medium Tomato, roughly chopped, टमाटर
Salt to style, नमक स्वादअनुसार
Little water, पानी

For Frying Potatoes
6-7 Potatoes, peeled & cubed, आलू
Oil for frying, तेल

For Aloo Do Pyaza
2 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
1 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves, crushed, कसूरी मेथी
Fried Potatoes, तले हुए आलू
½ tsp Degi pink chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2-3 tbsp Ready Gravy, तैयार की हुई ग्रेवी
1 medium Onion, cubed, प्याज
1 medium Capsicum, cubed, शिमला मिर्च
1 massive Tomato, cubed, टमाटर
1 tbsp Coriander leaves with stem, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
¼ cup Spring onion, roughly chopped, प्याज़ पत्ता
2-3 tbsp Ready Gravy, तैयार किया हुआ ग्रेवी
Salt to style, नमक स्वादअनुसार
¼ tsp Sugar (non-compulsory) चीनी

For Garnish
few Spring onion, chopped, प्याज़ पत्ता
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता

Course of
For Gravy
In a sauce pot or handi, add oil, as soon as it is sizzling, add cumin seeds, black cardamom, cloves, inexperienced cardamom and let it splutter.
Add onions and saute it for 2-3 minutes or till translucent on excessive flame.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add degi pink chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and blend it properly.
Add tomato, salt to style, water, cowl it with a lid and prepare dinner it for 4-5 minutes on reasonable warmth.
Switch it to the mixer grinder jar and grind it right into a easy paste.

For Frying
